To be honest we really don't like to discuss this. Frankly, if you think people are not going to be satisfied with your product you have NO business being IN business. Nonetheless, if you are not 100% satisfied with your product please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will make arrangements for an exchange or a refund (minus shipping charges). Just a side note: If you buy items on e-bay you can buy them from us. By utilizing Google shopping checkout as well as PayPal you have an automatic right to file a claim against us if you are unhappy with your product. That is NOT going to happen but you need to know it is an option if you are dissatisfied for any reason with our product. Simply file a claim and it shuts down my business till the claim is amicably resolved between the parties. As we have said, this has NEVER happened but we just want to inform you of your recourse.
